The 1 Mile Run/Walk

Ready for a competitive one mile race? Looking for a fast, flat course to put your miles to good use? This Rudy's 1 Mile Run & Walk for Prostate Cancer does all those things. Join us on Saturday for our Rudy's 1 Mile Competitive Run & Walk for Prostate Cancer.  Run for the win, run or walk for fun... Whatever you do, don't miss this fun kick-off to race weekend. Those participating in this race will receive all the same perks as the Sunday festivities including: 

• If you want to support awareness and education efforts for Prostate Cancer an optional commemorative race bib will be available at the Expo at the Greater QC Prostate Cancer Support Group booth for participants to add the name of the person they are honoring.

• A finisher's medal

• 2024 QCM short-sleeve tee

• Post race refreshments including craft beer and tacos from our sponsor Rudy's Tacos

Proceeds from all of our events benefit local and national prostate cancer awareness and education. You may also donate directly to Us Too! Prostate Cancer foundation when registering or by visiting www.UsToo.org.
